Fire Safety Innovation Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise products or solutions that have been developed for either active or passive fire protection. The installation of these products must have taken place since 1 January 2020 and the products must have been launched no earlier than 1 January 2020.
Any products or services launched prior to this date are not eligible for entry.
Fire Safety Systems Installer/Integrator Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise the skills and quality of work carried out by an installer or integrator when installing a fire safety system. The installation of these products must have taken place since 1 January 2020.
Any installation or project prior to this date are not eligible for entry.
Fire Safety Manager Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise a fire safety manager who made a significant contribution to the implementation or enhancement of fire safety standards within either their own or a client organisation. They must also have made a significant contribution to the introduction and promotion of fire safety since 1 January 2020.
Any person accomplishments prior to this date are not relevant and will not be eligible for entry.
Fire Safety Systems Manufacturer Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise a manufacturer of fire safety systems that has gone above and beyond in its commitment to innovation and/or its systems meet the highest standards. This category will be judged based on feedback from clients on the quality of the system(s) that have been nominated
The answers to the entry questions must relate to projects or systems installed since 1 January 2020. Any products or services installed prior to this date are not eligible for entry.
Fire Safety Project Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise a project, which has delivered significant improvement(s) to fire safety in relation to people and/or premises.
The project must have been launched no earlier than 1 January 2020.
Fire Safety Team Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise fire safety teams that are making a significant difference in their workplace. The submission should demonstrate how the activities and initiatives implemented by the team since 1 January 2020 have helped to improve fire safety standards and performance within either their own or a client organisation.
Any accomplishments achieved prior to this date will not be eligible for entry.
Lifetime achievement award
This prestigious award is chosen by our judging panel of key industry bodies and figure heads and will be awarded to an outstanding individual who has made a tremendous contribution to their industry (fire and/or security) during their lifetime.
Security Guarding Company Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise a security guarding/door supervision company that has gone above and beyond in its commitment to protect premises, staff or customers. This category will be judged based on feedback from clients on the quality of service from the nominated company.
Any company that enters must be SIA Approved Contractor. The answers to the entry questions must relate to the period 1 January 2020 onwards. Any entry relating prior to this date are not eligible.
Innovation Of The Year For Security
This category is designed to recognise products or solutions that have been developed to improve security standards (this can include perimeter, CCTV, alarms, guarding, anti-terrorism, cyber or exterior deterrent).
The installation of these products must have taken place since 1 January 2020 and the products must have been launched no earlier than 1 January 2020. Any products or services launched prior to this date are not eligible for entry.
Security Installer/Integrator Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise the skills and quality of work carried out by an installer or integrator when installing a security system. The installation of these products must have taken place since 1 January 2020.

Security Manufacturer Of The Year

This category is designed to recognise a Security or Risk Manager who made a significant contribution to the implementation or security standards within either their own or a client organisation. They must also have made a significant contribution to the introduction and promotion of security/risk management since 1 January 2020.
Any personal accomplishments prior to this date are not relevant and will not be eligible for entry.
Security Team Of The Year
This category is designed to recognise Security teams that are making a significant difference in their workplace. The submission should demonstrate how the activities and initiatives implemented by the team since 1 January 2020 have helped to improve security standards (including cyber security) and performance within either their own or a client organisation.
Any accomplishments achieved prior to this date will not be eligible for entry.
